1. Heat

If you want fast relief for your back pain, apply direct heat to the area. Using a warm compress, taking a warm bath or sitting in a hot tub can help ease the pain. Heat soothes the muscles and reduces the compression that leads to pain. However, if you are pregnant, avoid using a hot tub because raising the body temperature too much can cause birth defects, early labor or even a miscarriage.

2. Stretch the Muscle

Although it seems counterproductive, stretching can actually release the tension that is causing your back soreness. The key is not to overdo it. Yoga is also a great way to reduce the soreness in your back and strengthen your core. It can also help you reduce excess levels of stress that can contribute to back soreness. Stretching muscles in right way is very necessary so make sure before you do any exercise or any other workout, you doing it in right way otherwise it can hard you more than it helps. If you don’t want a massage therapist, you can give yourself massages at home by applying pressure to the area and rubbing it in circular motions for 10 to 20 minutes.

5. New Mattress

A common back pain trigger is a lumpy mattress. Instead of purchasing a mattress with springs, look for one that is made out of air foam or memory foam. Foam molds to your body so you can sleep deeply. These types of mattresses don’t cause compression or trigger more pain.
